Hi Jill, Thank you so much for having us on Saturday. I can't really express how delighted we were with the entire experience - as well as the added bonus of getting to cook up chestnuts and mushrooms that same night. It's a rare thing for most Sydney siders to be able to tangibly bridge the gap between the origins of food and a dinner plate, but it was a thorough pleasure to be able to do so.
